Meet Bryn

Bryn Stroyke is the co-founder of Bayside, a luxury, boutique real estate company headquartered in Manhattan Beach, CA. Together with his partner and brother, Robb Stroyke, he leads the Stroyke Properties Group at Bayside.

After graduating from the entrepreneurial program at USC’s Marshall School of Business,he began a career in real estate that encompassed commercial brokerage, high-rise condo development, high-end residential home sales, and commercial and residential development. He currently sits on the advisory board for Side, a leading real estate tech company based in Silicon Valley.

The Stroyke name has been synonymous with South Bay real estate for over 35 years. Growing up, real estate was dinner-table talk for Bryn whose parents both maintained successful careers as realtors®. Bryn joined the family business in 1994. Driven by an unparalleled standard of excellence, his contributions led Stroyke Properties to become the preeminent high-end brokerage and real estate development firm in Manhattan Beach.

With clients ranging from professional athletes and entertainers to C-level executives, Bryn has built the foundation of his career on his commitment to client success. Bryn is a born and bred South Bay local. He resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and their three daughters. When he can find time to get away, he enjoys spending quality time at his ranch in Belt, Montana.
